This is Libby! She came from the streets of Hartford after she was found near a local school. Libby is a little shy at first meet but loves cats and dogs. She tested negative for infectious diseases, has been dewormed and received her first vaccinations.

Adoption fee will be $200.00 and she will be fully vetted through the rescue!
